Refund policy

At Brinex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions: the product must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging whenever possible. Contact us first at cesarnimi0800@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can give you return instructions. Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a replacement or full refund — just contact us with photos of the issue.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return shipping costs: unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations: you can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been processed for shipping yet
